Monday through Friday – 8:30am – 5:00pm
Office hours are by appointment only. We will make every effort to insure that your appointment is on time, however due to the nature of our practice we do allow extra time to completely address all of your concerns sometimes causing a delay in the schedule. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays, and assure you we will allow the same amount of quality time for you with your doctor.
Once Your Appointment is Scheduled
Please arrive for your scheduled appointment on time. Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes after their scheduled time will be worked into the schedule and seen as soon as possible; but there may be a lengthy wait. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance so we may use those times for other patients.
We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $40 cancellation fee. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a $40 no-show fee.
